Damage or loss during transportation:

• Despite reliable packaging, in some cases damage may occur during transit. If the package arrives broken or is lost by the postal service, we will send a replacement free of charge or refund the full cost .
• Compensation options: In the event of minor defects that can be easily fixed yourself, we may offer you advice on how to fix them or a partial refund. This allows you to keep your copy while receiving fair compensation for the inconvenience.

Return conditions:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt.
• The item must be returned in its original condition . The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Important: We carefully check returns. The warranty does not apply to cases of intentional damage to the goods or careless handling of the exhibits by the buyer.

Order Cancellation: Order cancellations and refunds are not possible once the shipment has been physically handed over to the postal service and shipped.
