- Oversized and Heavy Cargo ($100+): Bulky packages such as stuffed birds (owls), large crustaceans (lobsters), or interior taxidermy arrangements.

Damage or loss during transportation:
- Despite reliable packaging, in some cases damage may occur during transit. If the package arrives broken or is lost by the postal service, we will send a replacement free of charge or refund the full cost .

Return conditions:

- The item must be returned in its original condition . The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
